large room, but a bit dark, a little scared, check out and check in for a long time, give the payment voucher via the whip app and tell you not to get the money, call back and forth, a bit time-consuming

The hotel overlooks the West Lake, I book a room with 2 double beds but it is given a room with 2 double beds. Large rooms and full amenities. Warm blankets and mattresses. Satisfied.

The room was not clean as picture showed. Service is ok.

The room is quite old and smelly.

Too bad staircase to have an elevator but still take many stairs. bad design
