The hotel is strategically located and comfortable. Hotel Sans is the largest hotel on Malioboro and has an elevator, so you don't have to go up and down stairs. It's close to everything, and the room amenities and cleanliness are top-notch. I'll definitely stay there again; the price is affordable.

The hotel's location, staff attitude, and facilities were all quite satisfactory. However, my room, number 207, lacked a towel rail in the bathroom. Hopefully, this can be fixed soon.

The location is very close, making it perfect for a stay of more than one day. The shower wasn't very clean, and the bed was a bit dirty. Overall, it was very good.

We checked in at dawn. The sheets and bedcover were dirty, and the pillowcases smelled like they hadn't been changed. We asked for new pillowcases, but the hotel staff provided fresh, fragrant ones. There were no soap or toiletries provided.

This was my first time staying here. I booked a deluxe room and it was incredibly spacious. There were two beds, one large and one small. The bathroom had a bathtub, hot water, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. It was definitely worth the price for such a spacious room with such impressive amenities. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Yogyakarta.

The location is close to Malioboro, all the staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Maybe they could add a bathroom mat, Sis, so you don't get wet after the shower. But everything else is fine, happy staying here 🙏😍

Overall, it was okay. Everyone, from the staff to the security guards, was excellent. They even helped me check in a few hours earlier than check-in time. The location is strategic for visiting Malioboro, Tugu Monument, the souvenir center, and other tourist attractions around Yogyakarta.

The room was dirty, full of cobwebs. The bathroom smelled so bad my husband and I had to clean it after first contacting housekeeping for air freshener, but after cleaning it, the smell returned. That night, I asked the hotel staff for help, hoping they might have some floor cleaner to reduce the smell, but they said they didn't have any. When my husband asked for a squeegee to clean the bathroom again, they simply gave it to him. I thought they were helping me clean it. What was supposed to be a restful stay turned into an uncomfortable experience because the bathroom smelled so strong even with the door closed. This was his first and last stay at Sans Nagari. I hope other guests don't have this unpleasant experience.

The price is affordable, the location is strategic, and the service is friendly. The room is also quite comfortable. Perhaps a suggestion would be to provide a doormat, as my child almost slipped in the bathroom, making the floor slippery. Otherwise, it's fine.
