The staff asked for the transfer slip even though we paid through Traveloka and had an email confirming the booking (they explained that they didn't see the booking and needed to ask another person). When they saw the amount we paid, they complained about why we got a lower price than usual, as this isn't the normal price. They also took us to an old and unclean room. The room type was also incorrect. We asked to see another room, and we got a room that matched the one we booked, and the cleanliness looked better. The only good thing was that we were allowed to check in early.
