The staff are polite, friendly, and smiling. There's a 7-Eleven, hair salon, restaurants, and a coffee shop nearby. The night market is a 5-minute walk away.

The staff asked for the transfer slip even though we paid through Traveloka and had an email confirming the booking (they explained that they didn't see the booking and needed to ask another person). When they saw the amount we paid, they complained about why we got a lower price than usual, as this isn't the normal price. They also took us to an old and unclean room. The room type was also incorrect. We asked to see another room, and we got a room that matched the one we booked, and the cleanliness looked better. The only good thing was that we were allowed to check in early.

The staff are friendly. The building is a 4-story building. The rooms are inexpensive. There is no elevator and no staff to help carry luggage. Across from the hotel and on the side, there is a convenience store. The location is about 700 meters from the market. On Saturdays, there is a walking street nearby with lots of food and inexpensive prices.

However, it ' s classed as a three star hotel, which may have been true 50 years ago. One star would be more appropriate. So it ' s a bit worn down and the mattresses are a bit hard. But the room is cleaned every day and we have slept quietly. Also it ' s in the middle of the town.
