Hi Anju. Thank you for your review. Actually, if you want more comfort, not too hot and stuffy, you can choose an air-conditioned room. At 105 Homestay Malioboro Jogja there is also a choice of family actv room types with a capacity of 3-4 people. Of course, with a higher price than the family fan room type with a capacity of 3-4 people. We still hope that you will stay here again by taking an air-conditioned room type so that you are not too hot and stuffy. Once again, thank you for your review. Kak Asyraf's order for a family actv type room with 6 people (capacity 6 people) has been prepared and fulfilled as notified by Traveloka in good condition and ready to use. With facilities of 1 double queen size bed on the bottom and 3 single beds (100x200) on the top which are installed in a row enough for 6 people. So far there have been no complaints about the capacity of this room for 6 people from customers. Even often filled by 7 to 8 people with additional costs is not a problem. 2. Regarding the AC that suddenly did not work at 02.15 in the morning in the room, it was indeed beyond our expectations and ability to control it. But at that time when Kak Asyraf complained to our employee on duty, he was immediately replaced with another room of the same type (family actv BER-6) in good/normal condition with AC and ready to use. So it is not true that the AC in the replacement room was not cold or not normal. 3. When Asyraf wanted to move to a new replacement room (family actv ber-6) he told our employee that he wanted to open a standard ACTV ber-2 room (capacity 2 people). Then he was shown several that were ready to use with AC that was functioning normally. 4. According to our employee, finally Asyraf opened 2 Standard ACTV ber-2 rooms as an addition according to his choice. The room key has also been given. Payment will be made when c. Out. (12.00 noon). 5. When Asyraf wanted to check out, our other employee who was on duty in the morning asked for payment for the 2 additional rooms. But Asyraf refused because he considered it as a replacement for the family actv BER-6 room whose AC was not cold and which was considered not enough capacity for 6.6. Asyraf admitted that he only used 1 additional room. The other one was not used. But he did not tell our employee. 7. Finally it was agreed that only 1 additional room would be paid for. For this additional room we gave a discount of Rp. 50,000 (from the price of Rp250,000). 8. After Asyraf checked out, we just found out that their group was not 6, but 7 adults all carrying large backpacks (carriers). So it makes sense that Asyraf complained about the room capacity which is only for 6.9. That is our response to Asyraf's review. We will pay attention to it as input to improve our facilities and services in the future. For us, customers are number one. Without customers, we just sit there in a daze. Thank you.
