The only thing that can be evaluated is the food, some of it is bland, others are okay.

The atmosphere is great, and the beach and pool keep the kids entertained. Breakfast is delicious, service is friendly, rooms are clean, restrooms are clean, and the cafe is great with a DJ.

The place is nice and clean, but when I wanted to rent a grill for just grilling, I was a little disappointed because the price was high, almost the same as the price for 1 night there.

Nice beach. Spacious rooms, close to the beach.

The bed creaked, the originally white bedsheets were a dull brown, and the towels were filthy, no different from a doormat. The food was tasteless; even the fried noodles were slimy. The baby chair was beyond filthy for hotel use, even though it was filthy. And when I returned from there, my two toddlers had eye infections and respiratory infections.

The place is really nice, recommend to stay here again 🥰

The Wi-Fi often lagged and was slow. Internet access was also quite difficult due to the very poor signal at the location. Bathroom cleanliness also needs improvement. The bathroom still smelled of urine, and there were even guests' underwear left in the toilet. The shower was rusty, and the water flow was low, making it uncomfortable to shower and still felt sticky. Overall room cleanliness was also lacking. Hopefully, Khayangan Resort can improve its facilities, cleanliness, and comfort in the future to provide a better guest experience.

It's always a recommended vacation spot for Singkawang. You can even enjoy a pool and a beach, which is great!

I booked three rooms of the same type and price. The other two rooms were fine, but the room I stayed in was in a very different condition. The air conditioning in my room wasn't cooling at all. Furthermore, the closet was full of cobwebs, and the walls and toilet were infested with sewage flies. I went to the front desk to request a room cleaning and the AC checked. After the cleaning, the sewage flies did decrease for a while, but they soon returned, becoming very annoying and making sleep uncomfortable. Because the AC wasn't working properly, the room felt musty and damp. I went to the front desk three times to ask for a solution, but there was no follow-up other than an apology, claiming the hotel was fully booked. I appreciate the apology, but I believe there should have been some kind of resolution or compensation. My biggest regret is that I booked three rooms of the same type and paid the same price for each, so each room should have been of equal quality. For the price I paid, I felt the room I stayed in didn't meet the required standards and wasn't worth renting. Regardless, the hotel's location is actually quite good. There is direct access to the beach and you can see the sunset too.

The bathroom smelled bad, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling, making it difficult to rest or sleep due to the heat. It only started to get colder after dawn. Some of the furniture was peeling.
