Excellent scenery, gardening, hotel service, food. This hotel deserves five star hotel.

Great view, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, delicious food, free welcome fruit and snacks, and afternoon tea and snacks. Disadvantages: winding road access and far from the city.

It was a great hotel and venue to stay and relax. All services were great and superb.

It was a very pleasant and memorable stay. The hotel and surrounding is very beautiful and well maintained. The staffs are very friendly. But the breakfast options are not so much.

Booked 2 rooms, a week before asked for adjacent rooms, on the 2nd day asked for adjacent rooms via WA, answered yes, we have arranged, on the day jreng.. At 17.00 check in, your room was not available, there was but separate villas, I asked why? Reception couldn't answer, I asked other staff, it turned out there was a brown uniform group that suddenly booked 2 villas, so I was shifted with 2-3 other families, the front office staff was really unprofessional, the security and housekeeping staff were very good, oh yeah the food was also ordinary for that price, not worth it, for a nice place with a nice view

I like the atmosphere, the service is satisfying, during Christmas every afternoon there is tea time, every day given a cake delivered to the room, cleanliness is ok. Suggestion there are small kiosks selling snacks, tks Hotel Tentrem ❤️

If you want healthy healing with your family, the Plataran Bromo hotel could be the best option.

The best service from a hotel I have ever experienced so far. Even the GM himself gave his best service. The view is very beautiful and clean. The best.

Serving visitors in a very friendly and helpful manner.

-Towels are old, brownish in color. -Bidet water is weak. -Hospitality is very bad. -Breakfast choices are limited, also ala carte. -We just arrived from Bromo at 10, asked for an extra 1 hour to check out (at 1), immediately said it was not possible because we wanted to use the room. Even though we also checked in at 7 at night. The way I put it is that it feels like staying in a 2-star hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, even the GM is friendly and greets the guests.

With that kind of budget, it's definitely a really good hotel.

First time here and was immediately greeted by friendly staff and explained the hotel rules and et al. Very tall but cool. Approximately wide. Providing jeeps to Bromo too. Prepare your energy to go up and down because it's so wide, hihi.

A hotel that must be visited once in a lifetime with a large family, the hotel staff is very friendly, the service is maximum, the hotel rooms are very nice, the views are very beautiful, the food is very delicious. Overall unforgettable. Must Try.
