According to the price. Good service.

Stayed for 1 night, took the hotel van from Suvarnabhumi, the driver threw all the bags onto the van violently (I understand that each bag must be heavy, but it should be organized well). And that day, the van was full of passengers, driving fast into the curve, the bag fell onto the back seat, had to help push it with hands the whole way, traffic jam, road construction, took about 30 minutes. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff gave us a key card. When it was time to shower, the shower water was not flowing, so we called the counter to inform about the water not flowing. We waited for 20 minutes, no one came. We called again to inform again, the staff who answered did not care, acting like they just found out. After a while, the repairman came, wearing shoes, stepped in the water in the bathroom, very dirty and black, and stepped out of the room. In the morning, we took the hotel van to the airport, there were only 10 seats, but 11 people were sitting in it. The foreigner had to sit close to us. The staff glared and swore at the foreigner in Thai. Even though he could not understand, his manners were very bad. In conclusion, not impressed at all.

The accommodation is beautiful, clean, the atmosphere is good, but the receptionist is not ok, some of the staff are all lovely.
