Cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities for us, and we are very concerned to hear about the condition of the linen in your room. After we double checked linen was clean and
have dry stain (was not new wet blood) & we assured we are not set up used linen or dirty linen for new guest & we always daily laundry of all our linens & towels.
We also regret the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning, while that room also was occupied by other guests were before and in our recorded they weren't having issue about the AC. And regarding the stairs that we concerns about the safety stairs and besides that the lobby is not far from the room.
