I really appreciate the hotel’s commitment to being more eco friendly. The refillable glass bottle water is a good decision, although I’d reccomend cleaning the bottle more often. The room itself is pretty specious. The design is quirky, in a good way. The usual amenities are provided. Downside: The room is not soundproof at all, I could hear the room next door very clearly. The curtains are very dusty. The receptionist got my requests mixed up during checkin and I had to change room 2x before I got what I requested. Maybe an unsupervised trainee since he couldn’t remember the room types correctly.

There were a lot of issues when i arrived at my room. The AC and jet shower were leaking but the staff was very quick to respond and help fix them. Thank you
