I had a pleasant experience staying at De Lavender Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was nice for relaxing after a long day. The staff were friendly and responsive whenever needed. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby places. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel to others.

At the heart of Pratunam. Everything went well, except it wasn't at the big road, so you have to walk a few meters to the roadside, where taxis or Grab almost can't wait, a little troublesome for a family of 4 and 3 large luggages. The bathroom is a bit small. Towels, water bottles, and a simple breakfast were provided well.

Small rooms, hot rooms above, narrow hallways, close to the market, but the hotel's location is not ideal (it smells). Access to the front of the hotel is uncomfortable, especially with suitcases, entering the hallway (like entering a narrow alley). But the staff is quite friendly and helpful with needs. When it comes to lifting things, we carry everything ourselves.

The hotel area is actually super strategic, I really like it because it is in the Pratunam area, so if you want to eat, you don't need to be confused. In front of the hotel alley is a large food court, all the snacks are complete from morning, noon, afternoon, night. Sevel is also right in front of the hotel alley and there are about 3 Sevels in that area so it is very safe. It's just that you have to enter a small alley and the hotel sign is only inside the alley, it can't be seen from the outside, so you have to ask. If you want to order Grab or Bolt, always use the point in front of the hotel, there is Patra Hotel because you can enter right in front of it, so it's easier. For those who bring large suitcases, even for 2 people, the standard room seems not enough because it is so small that you won't be able to open the suitcase, yesterday we upgraded to a family room for 4 people. Nice, the space is bigger. Coincidentally, yesterday we brought 5 suitcases, all of them fit. It's true that the room is for sleeping, you can't spend the whole day in the room because it's nothing special. But okay. Nothing scary at all. The best! The AC is super cold, it seems 1.5 PK, it's really strong, especially since BKK is cold in January.

In terms of location, it's quite strategic. The only issue is the very small room size. It's not suitable for larger people. The same goes for cleanliness. Cockroaches are often seen roaming around.
