When I stayed, the AC was not cold, until 1 am I called a technician to come to the room and it was still not cold until I checked out without reconfirmation.

I stayed at this hotel and overall everything was fine. The room was quite comfortable, the facilities were functional, and the cleanliness was well-maintained. The staff was also quite friendly. However, there are a few things to note. Check-in must be on time, making it a bit less flexible for early arrivals. Furthermore, there were no welcome drinks provided upon arrival. The waiting area also lacked adequate seating, making it uncomfortable during busy times. The towels provided were dull and somewhat rough in texture, making them uncomfortable to use. Hopefully, the hotel can improve these aspects in the future to improve the guest experience.

I always feel comfortable staying here. The only issue I had was the room was hot and the AC couldn't be adjusted. The food variety is undeniable. By the way, could you please make more ice cream for the waffles?

It's definitely worth it to enjoy a Sheraton stay for this price. The food is varied, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the amenities are attractive, and there were no issues during your stay. The only downside is that you have to pay for parking when entering or exiting your vehicle, even though you're staying here. Perhaps this should be removed. It's a long walk to the main road from the exit, but guests shouldn't have to pay. Hehe.

A fun hotel for families. The fridge is cold, there is a hairdryer and an iron. I will come back to stay at this hotel again. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check out at 2 PM. Towel was soft, comfort bed, big size twin bed, spacious bedroom.

The view of the room is not very good

During my stay, I registered my vehicle to receive free parking for the duration of my stay. However, upon check-out, we were still charged for parking. The reason given was that the free parking facility was only valid for 1 day upon check-in, and on the day of check-out, the facility was no longer valid. However, when registering for parking at the front office, the free parking facility should have been valid until the check-out date, according to the check-in staff. The lack of coordination or weakness in the system between the hotel's front office and the parking system affects the maximum rating for this hotel. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.
