Hotel location and price for the room are the best. Walking distance to everything. Friendly hotel staff makes it even better, especially receptionist Anh. Anh helped us book airport pickup and also answered all our questions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Room pictures show rooms better than they actually are, but for the price, it is hard to complain.

The area around the hotel is bustling from dawn until dusk, as it's located in a busy business district. However, this very atmosphere is what makes it so appealing to some tourists who want to experience the pulse of city life firsthand.

When we first came, the receptionist was really nice. He brought our bags and was willing to change the size of the sandals as our request. The location is near flower shops, which is so beautiful.

The double room is small enough, the bathroom is small and clean, the bed sheets are not clean, the TV signal is unstable, has a slightly damp smell, and the soundproofing is poor. Convenient location, the road to Hoan Kiem Lake is straight but a bit far. Friendly staff, but they took money from the customer's relatives who paid in advance on the app again without explanation, promised to refund when checking out but had to wait until the next morning, and there was no apology for the mistake. Convenient location, not too clean, reasonable price, okay to stay, poor customer service, not too satisfying experience.

Great location. Not too crowded area in the old quarter but close to everything and everywhere. The room, bed, and bathroom are clean although it is not spacious.

It was my first time in Hanoi and when I was looking for a hotel I saw that this hotel was close to a mosque and a halal food restaurant, so I didn't think twice and was immediately interested in staying here. Alhamdulillah, according to expectations, apart from the friendly staff, the location of the hotel is also close to a mosque and a halal food place. Oh yes, the hotel is small but comfortable. God willing, if I come here again, I want to stay at this hotel.

The room is also very ok but the room is near the hallway where people walking and talking is a bit noisy and I can't sleep.
