The room was clean, tidy, and fragrant, and the facilities were complete. It was close to everywhere, especially since it's connected to Pakuwon Mall. The staff was also very responsive and helpful, hehe, especially for my first time here, and they were very kind. Thank you. I'd definitely come back here again if I were in the Pakuwon area, it's great.

Affordable and best room. I stayed 3 nights here, the room is clean, bathroom and toilet are clean. Close to Pakuwon Mall. It was good room for staying and I recommend this room. The owner of room is very kind.

The apartment is located close to the mall, easy access and close to the city center. Staying for 2 nights only gets room service for 1 day. There is no towel change and room cleaning.

Ordered the unit for a friend who wants to have a staycation together in Subaya. One of the units that has many good reviews. Koko is very friendly and explains everything in detail. The rooms are clean, the most epic thing is that they provide 1 liter of wat*on soap+shampoo 😅. I was a little worried because I ordered this for a friend but it turned out he was very comfortable, so I didn't hesitate if I wanted to stay here again.
