Very nice hotel to sleep. But I have uncomfort experience during stay. All is well until check out. Chinese reception girl (date June 17 night 2024) when check out said they lost some chinese spoon in our room and we must pay it for rm 8. We sure there are there because we not take it (what for?). Because we are in hurry to airport I won't debate and just pay it. Just feel robbed. We also lost our kids swimming suit (2 pieces), we call receptiont but no action. We directly ask the room service and they give it back with apologize. Unfortunately, before that event, I plan to stay again in this hotel, but after this, I wdont think so.

The hand towel was have something light yellow can't to clean by HK. I should pay 50rm so I said let me clean finally they said clean now. But when I want check out they said must get charge 50 rm. So I have argue. Even hand towel not 50rm. Toomuch. I never see like this I stay 1 week.

The room is very spacious, there is a private kitchen complete with furniture, there is an induction stove & it functions well, washing machine, hairdryer, toothbrush shampoo soap, complete towels, there are 2 bathrooms, there is a comfortable living room, clothes washing soap must be purchased, service Good. Thank You

I love this place! So spacious room, so clean, co complete (washing machine, toaster, microwave, hot water, fridge, ac in every room, amenities, etc). Absolutely a very nice place to stay. Only 1 thing that hard to find is mini market. There is no market near this property. So, when I went out I need to buy all things I needed. That's all! Thank you Trillion

Great location! The room so spacious.

Spacious, but the master bedroom got smell …. Oven got problem, washing machine got smell as well and the dry mode is not function. Clothes wash via the washing machine got smell and unable to dry. Despite the above issue, overall stay is OK because of spacious and strategic location and good accessibility. Hope can improve on the issue stated here.

Check in process took a long time because all adults need to fill up the declaration forms for covid and for vaccination status. But the receptionist is kind and friendly. He let us check in 1 hour earlier because we brought 5 small kids with us. I stayed at 4 bedroom executive. My goodness I love it. The apartment is spacious and clean. Kitchen appliances and utensils are almost complete. Too bad the pools were closed due to rain. Will definitely come again for my family reunion.
