I really enjoyed staying here. It's comfortable, the food is delicious, the service is great, the environment is comfortable, and it's easily accessible.

Staycation with family at Illira Hotel. Loved the view of the Bali Strait, relaxing on the balcony while admiring the scenery. The room had a connecting door so I could keep an eye on the kids too. The breakfast was top-notch. The swimming pool offers mountain and ocean views. The room was clean and comfortable. The kids loved it. Next time I go to Banyuwangi, I'll stay again.

The lobby is beautiful, clean and spacious, there are Gandrung dancers 😍 Breakfast is okay, the swimming pool is nice and clean 👌👌

A good hotel in a fairly good location close to the city center and the ferry port. In general, the service from the hotel staff is quite friendly, but there is one thing that really needs to be improved and changed for the Buntang 4 Hotel, namely the speed of refilling the menu in the restaurant, especially during breakfast, is very slow and disappointing. Hopefully, this will be given more attention in the future. Thank you.

Everything was great, only at breakfast there was a worm in the vegetable my child ate. And I immediately handed it to the staff and it was immediately replaced.

All good, except the wifi. The food tastes great. Will come back again next time.
