This hotel is actually nice, spacious rooms and strategic location, but unfortunately for a 4-star hotel there are still many things lacking: the check-in process & extra bed are unclear, amenities are out of stock so you have to use your own, poor FO coordination to the point where coffee left in the chiller is lost, and requests for early breakfast at 5:00 AM cannot be fulfilled. Things like this should not happen in a 4-star hotel. Hopefully the service and coordination can be better in the future.

When you exit the elevator, it smells damp, and when you enter the room, it also smells damp. The room is not soundproof. You can hear your neighbors clearly. The parking lot is scary, the entrance is narrow.

The parking area is very small and difficult for medium-sized cars. The room smells bad, but the bed is a king size, even though my child is already big, it's still comfortable. There's also a sofa. The location is in the middle of the city, and it's close. There's no lobby guard, so I was a bit confused because it was my first time. Oh yeah, there should be more TV shows with good films.

The lack of tea, coffee, creamer, and sugar... not all of them are available in the minibar. You have to request them from the hotel first. The glasses are not clean, with coffee stains on them.

Dear LK Hotel Management, I apologize if this review is less than satisfactory. Personally, I hope this can be constructive feedback. Exactly in 2022, after Covid-19, I stayed at the LK Hotel. The experience was very unpleasant, but I understand that the entire hotel industry is struggling to survive. Seeing the newly refreshed room made me want to stay at the LK Hotel again. I really liked the minimalist design of the bathroom and room. The vibe was very present. The only issues were room service and cleanliness. I called room service around 11:30 PM twice, but no one answered. And in my opinion, cleanliness is a major issue for LK Hotel management. From the carpet in the room to the stains on the bed, the telephone, and the bathroom walls, these were some of my concerns. The staff at Reception were very friendly and helpful. 👍 Thank you for the hospitality and hopefully, it will continue to improve.

For a 4-star hotel, toiletries are not provided. I had to call several times and go down to the lobby to ask for help before they responded. Even then, it took an hour and a half. The sheets smelled musty and had hair on them, the carpet smelled and was full of dust. I don't think I'll be going there again. The towels were discolored, and some of the lights in the room were out. There are so many downsides.

We ran out of soap, the Wi-Fi was on and off while the Telkomsel signal was spotty, so we were practically back in the old days without internet. Breakfast was very limited in choice and tasted just okay! It's true that the old hotel smelled a bit musty!
