Stayed here because of a friend's wedding.. We looked for hotels around Serang and this is the most worth it in terms of price and facilities. The location is also very close to the toll exit, so for those of us who came here for the first time, it was not a hassle to find the place Ambiance/Facilities: The atmosphere is good, like old-fashioned, but the hotel is new Food: The food is delicious, happened to only try breakfast, didn't have time to try the room service Staff Assistance: The staff is very friendly and helpful, borrowing an iron was also delivered to the room Highlights: Good for photos, aesthetically pleasing and lots of photo spots Price: Really worth it in my opinion, Location: Very close to the toll access and the road is easy to pass by car

Overall, everything is okay. Very clean. However, the breakfast menu lacks variety, with only vegetables and battered fish. Not everyone likes fish. There are bread/burrito options, though.

It's better to check everything before anyone checks in, whether the drain is clogged, fix the nozzle handle container, both the shower and the toilet.

We arrived at 1:30 PM, but couldn't check in. They said it had to be at 2:00 PM. After that, all the guests who arrived received the same response. Even those who arrived at 1:55 PM received the same response. As a result, at 2:00 PM, there was a long queue. We ended up getting our room before 2:00 PM, right? It's a shame, even though the room was ready. It's worth checking in 30 minutes early to avoid the queue. The bathroom was dirty, the floor was also dirty. If you don't wear hotel slippers in the room, your feet will definitely be black. The pillows smell of drool, and they're thin, and you only get two. The rest is pretty standard for the 200,000 IDR price. There's no swimming pool, and there's no entertainment whatsoever. I'm definitely not going back, sorry.

The only drawback is that the water pressure is not very strong and the hot water is not sufficient.
