The afternoon shift seems to be replaced by security, huh? Their language is very poor, not reflecting someone who works in hospitality. I simply asked if they could have room service for breakfast. They should have just explained that they couldn't. There's no need to go around saying, "If you're healthy, come straight away unless you're sick and can't walk."
