This was my second stay here. This time I got room GF02, which I found uncomfortable because it was close to the elevator, so I could always hear people chatting and walking around. It was very noisy. I booked a superior double room, but the beds were twin beds combined, resulting in a crease in the middle, making for uncomfortable sleeping. Some of the wallpaper in the room was peeling off as well. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was quite good. I'd like to try staying here again next time, hopefully the room comfort will be improved. Thank you 🙏

I didn't like the room. It was incredibly noisy everywhere, and the view wasn't great at all, facing Indomaret. For a room that was more expensive than the garden view, I expected more.

Breakfast has minimal variety and tastes ordinary, the TV is not Android and there are not many channels, the room is not soundproof.

It was a bit confusing entering the hotel from the basement due to the lack of signage. Because it's part of the apartment complex, access is required using a card. The access card must be collected from the lobby, and getting to the lobby was a bit difficult because the parking lot in front of the lobby was full. Hopefully, the service can be improved.

The rooms and hotel grounds are quite clean, with a nice view of the Ring Bridge. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is quite tasty. It's perfect for a staycation or some me-time.

I actually had a comfortable stay at this hotel, but I got lost because the map location wasn't right. The service and facilities need improvement, especially cleanliness. The food was lacking, lacking variety. The kwetiau (rice noodles) were very sweet. When people were ready for breakfast, many of the meals weren't ready yet.

It's very comfortable to stay here, the location is not far from ITB and Unpad. The hotel is clean, fragrant, the swimming pool is also spacious, the view of the bridge is like that. The bed is soft, the interior is quite okay, but the TV is not a smart TV, otherwise it's not a problem. There is an Indomaret next to the hotel. Breakfast is a buffet, although the menu is not extensive but it is sufficient. In terms of taste, it is not very delicious but it is still swallowed. Overall, it is very good for those who want to book a room here, don't hesitate.

Best even though it was my first time staying here

The location is easy to reach, not far from the busy center of Jatinangor but not crowded, plenty of parking access (basement parking), clean, comfortable, soundproof rooms, all facilities function normally, the staff are friendly and communicative, breakfast is okay, overall quite satisfying and according to expectations, next time hopefully there will be an opportunity to stay here again

Second time staying here, the hotel facilities, room, bathroom, toiletries, swimming pool are still okay as before, but the food is different. Yesterday my family and I had a salty breakfast, please pay more attention to the quality of the food, even though the food was delicious when we first stayed, but thank you app for facilitating the hotel well.

The regulars staying here are quite comfortable, the food is sufficient, delicious, complete.
