The staff is friendly, the service is quite good, the rooms are spacious & comfortable but the toilet is unfamiliar because it is open 🤭😁 but it's not bad & unfortunately the food doesn't have many choices + there are lots of flies 😔☹.

Dirty place, rooms do not match what I ordered in the application, food is not good, rooms are not good, it is better to stay in Manado city hotels.

As for the swimming pool it's great big and clean however. XL signal does not exist at all, it is recommended with wifi but in the room the wifi does not arrive. Bedrooms and bathrooms in dirty rooms may not be swept during cleaning. The toilet water faucet is leaking. The food is also not good, the fried rice is a bit bland, the pizza dough is weirdly hard. Too bad it's not maintained. To contact the receptionist, you have to use whatsapp because the phone from the room is not picked up repeatedly even though there is no wifi, fortunately there is a cellphone provider that is still on.

The pool is dirty and not maintained, the breakfast menu is also not good and you can't have sandals anymore.

The breakfast is limited to only 2 menu choices even though the room price is almost 700, the rooms are not clean, there is no mineral water available.

Hotel was so creepy, old, and mosquito everywhere inside the room. I only spend not more than 10 minutes in the room and check out directly. Only 1 man incharge in whole resort, and I have to wait more than 20 minutes to check out because no one at the reception counter. This please urgently need to dress up.

Very nice hotel with beautiful views only the rooms are not clean, lots of cobwebs in the corners of the room, hairs in the drawer, there are also on the bed. Hopefully in the future there will be more attention to the cleanliness of rooms and beds. The staff is very friendly, the children's pool is a bit dirty, the food is good but the only side dish is chicken with fried noodles even though the room price is quite expensive.

electricity off in the midnight and wait 1 hour to on the generator, and then the early morning off again about 1 hour 😓 The breakfast so simple only fried rice. the room good but many flies and mosquito.
