Fast check-in process, gallon water available, fast and clean wifi, very cold AC, thank you

The staff are helping me, but they are kind of late on giving the information. And actually the way the staff talks are not up to standard for a customer service. There are some things that can be fixed like the soap dispenser, or the shower cap. It will greatly improve the overall satisfaction. (and there is a small cockroach on the bathroom but its OK). But other than that the room was great, it match with the descriptions.

The photos seem to be old photos. The room conditions are not clean and stuffy. When checking in, we were only guided via WA and had to wait. So you need to be patient, especially if you bring your family.

It's really comfortable staying here, later if you go to Bandung again, you will definitely stay here again.

Friendly service, clean tidy rooms. Hot water on, AC, stove, TV, iron. Those who bring vehicles parking in the basement, pay separately. On the lobby floor there are kiosks/mart-martan stalls, laundry express.

The rooms are fragrant and neat, very comfortable and the service is very friendly, it doesn't hurt to come all the way from Sumatra to stay here for almost a week 👍.

It's fun, the people are easy going, the place is comfortable, complete, the main thing is Widy is ok, there are 2 air conditioners, there are 2 TVs, the stove is on, hot water is good, there is refill water, it's okay to go to Bandung if you go to Jardin here again.

Room facilities are quite good and complete. However, minus the swimming pool turned out to be unusable because it was being renovated. Quite satisfied.

It was a pleasant stay at the 2 bedroom apartment with a full of amenities and facilities fir a family vacation.

The owner is really nice, then the wifi is super duper fast, there is hot water too, there is a refrigerator and supporting furniture. Anyway, if I go to Bandung, I will definitely book this again.

The apart is very close to Ciwalk, you can walk and go anywhere, the facilities are also complete, there are irons, stoves, cutlery, toiletries, prayer tools, long cables and others and the prices are cheap. The sister who owns the apartment is also informative and friendly, the rate from 1-10 I give 10000000000.

The admin is friendly and responsive and very informative. He was the one who chatted first and on the D day he was asked again when he would come, so when he arrived, he was not confused. Thank God the unit is clean, comfortable, neat. The mattress is comfortable. The water heater works well. Completeness: 1 queen size bed, 1 single bed, AC, TV, toiletries, worship utensils, stove, refrigerator, dispenser + 2 gallons (one installed, one stand by), cutlery, cooking utensils, broom+shovel, clothesline , stove cloth, tissue, even scissors and iron are there. Subhan Allah. Exceeded expectations. With that price, this unit is really worth it. I stayed 5 nights and felt at home. Below there is also a mini market, food stalls and laundry. There is an outdoor pool but I didn't try it. Shame on you hehe. Then from Ciwalk near, just a few minutes walk. Bandung is cooler, so you don't use AC too often. The minus: the bathroom is not cleaned enough so that water spots are still stuck to the faucet and some other places. Slightly disturbing the view, and I don't think the bath soap can clean the body. So for those who want to stay, it's better to bring your own soap that suits your body. But overall, very worth it.

Clean rooms, fragrant towels, hot water and smooth AC. Kitchen complete with cooking utensils. Thank God I got a room with a view to the zoo. Can see giraffes from balcony.

Overnight stay. 2 rooms, 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 mattress (not good condition), 1 sofa (not good condition). Cleanliness is lacking. There was a clump of hair on the bed furniture, there was trash in the crackle in the kitchen drawer. I don't know why it was left there. There is a dispenser + gallon drinking water. Shower okay, hot water smoothly. Fast check-in check-out via wa. Given instructions by the owner. Local tv channels. WiFi is pretty stable. In the apartment lobby, many people sell food and mini markets. Kitchen utensils, tea, sugar, rice cooker are provided. AC is quite cold.

The manager is super friendly and very helpful even though it's only small things, the rooms are super clean and the equipment is super complete in terms of cooking utensils and others, super easy self check-in and of course assisted by the manager, basically the best apart ever.

The service is okay, the manager is friendly, the rooms are comfortable for resting, the wifi is fast, take a 33m 2BR room type, a total of 6 staycations are still very comfortable to use for sleeping. I'm just a little annoyed by the smell of the toilet, it seems like it's from the drain. Overall okay. Thank you sir erwin.

Overall really ok, clean rooms, drinking water, wifi, hot water running smoothly. The check-in process is not complicated. Service is ok even though only via chat. Next stop here again.
