The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were adequate and supportive. Room service was responsive but took a long time to arrive and complete tasks. Of the two rooms booked, one had poor air conditioning, the bathroom and bed were dirty, and the wardrobe was moldy. We were moved to a new room, which was much better. Wi-Fi did not reach the room at the end of the corridor. The hotel lobby requires access through a ticket gate and is relatively far from the main road. The restaurant offers a variety of food, and reservations can be made by phone. Digital payments are only accepted through Bank Mandiri and Bank Jatim.
