The employees are so noisy working while chatting in front of the room, disturbing their rest.

The only friendly ones were the front office lady and the security guard, the bedsheets weren't changed, it looks like there were stains on the mattress, yesterday when I was taking a shower, my friend's centipede came and screamed. There were no tissues, sandals, and the phone number for room service wasn't provided.
