I've stayed here several times. I love it: quiet, clean, and well-maintained. Hopefully, my next trip will be more exciting, so I can try out the cottage.

The hotel is nice and clean, and the environment is beautiful and the mountain air is cool.

The next time I visited, there was a wedding, and as a hotel guest, I couldn't get a parking space. There should be separate parking for hotel guests and event parking. Other than that, it was nice overall.

Requested a room in building A, but was given one in B (B103) where the noise from the next room was very audible (the person from the next room happened to be very noisy too🤦‍♂️). The Wi-Fi in the room was terrible, and the cell phone signal was also terrible (Tsel & XL only had 1-2 bars). I'd prefer to choose another hotel next time.

We stayed for two nights on New Year's Day 2026. Upon arrival, just before midnight on December 30, 2025, we were greeted warmly by the security guard, who then guided and assisted us to our room. Thank you, kind security guard. Almost all the service at this hotel was excellent. Unfortunately, we checked out 30 minutes late due to Dhuhr prayer. We had already informed the receptionist that we were checking out, but the AC had already been turned off, and the remote control was no longer working.
