The hotel is clean, the price of the room is worth it, the staff are friendly, feels like home, it's really suitable for those who go to Cicendo Hospital or have a vacation because the location is really in the middle of the city 🥰.

Very, very bad, not worthy of being called a hotel, more like an inn. While staying at the hotel, this was the worst, the sheets had hair and lots of stains. Go up the floor. 3 there is no elevator, use 5 rounds of manual stairs, it's annoying to go up, once you see the room is jreng-jreng. Not so check in. Immediately ran away looking for another hotel, not really. It's better to pay for the money that has been paid than to sleep there.

Anyway, those who like traveling and staying at this hotel are not recommended, really disappointed :(.

This is the third experience staying here. Very strategic hotel. To go to Cicendo Eye Hospital, all you have to do is cross, to the nearest station, if you want to go to the mall, there are also many choices close by. But one thing that makes me addicted to this Kristalia is the very comfortable bed. AC also works well. Friendly service, so make my rest here comfortable.

The room is very small, tired back and forth on the 3rd floor, expensive for the size of the small room, the maid is not stnby.
