I had an amazing stay at the hotel. During check-in, I was assisted by Apry and Rahmat at the front desk. They were very warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I was also personally greeted by the hotel manager, Pak Erick, which made the experience feel even more special. Everything went smoothly during my stay. There was a small issue with the water heater, but after informing Rani, it was handled quickly and fixed accordingly. A special shout-out to Pak Erick, the great person behind the hotel’s excellent service and hospitality. The Front Office team Apry, Rahmat, and Rani were truly superb and made my stay even more memorable with their attentive and genuine service. Highly recommended hotel with an outstanding team. I will definitely be back.

The price is okay. The location is also okay, close to Melasti, GWK, Uluwatu. If you just want to sleep, it's very okay.

Good services and clean hotel for living

The hotel reception staff are friendly... it's just that breakfast doesn't have real food side dishes (like chicken, meat or fish), there are only sausages... but you can request an omelette

I only stayed here for a few hours because my kids were tired and wanted to rest before continuing their trip. But everything was fine. The hotel is located on the edge of Jimbaran Main Road. The room was quite clean, the AC was cold, and the TV worked well. It was just a bit noisy because it was on the first floor, which is very close to the swimming pool.

I chose to stay at Zuri Express Jimbaran because of its strategic location—close to the event I was attending, and not far from popular tourist destinations like GWK and Uluwatu. I initially stayed for three nights, then decided to extend for another night to avoid the hassle of changing hotels. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. When I extended my stay, the receptionist also provided recommendations and assisted promptly and professionally. The breakfast menu was quite good, but the variety felt somewhat monotonous. When I extended my stay, I ultimately opted not to take the breakfast package. Furthermore, more attention should be paid to the availability of food at breakfast—sometimes several items were sold out even though it was still early. The room was generally good and comfortable. However, for the connecting rooms, the soundproofing could be improved as noise from the adjacent room was quite audible and disruptive. The room cleanliness was also quite good, although the cleaning staff could improve their thoroughness. For example, pillowcases that looked dirty should be replaced. Overall, my stay at Zuri Express Jimbaran was quite good, especially due to the friendly staff and the hotel's convenient location. With some improvements to the breakfast variety, food availability, and cleanliness, this hotel would be a more perfect choice for a stay in the Jimbaran area.

The area was so clean. We requested an iron and we needed it, and they gave it quickly to us. We tried to buy some foods from the hotel's restaurant to taste it, but we waited too long. And turned out their ayam betutu was too sour, we even could not finish the food. The breakfast was fine but with limited option (only fried rice, chicken, porridge, bread, and salad), with water, orange juice, and infused water available. There were also chairs to chill near the swimming pool.
