Staff are nice, the property itself is clean. Front desk ladies are very hospitable.

I upgraded to a room for 3 with breakfast and paid it to the hotel. The room is huge for 3, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also delicious. My daughter really loves it and asked me to give a very good review.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I arrived midnight and she was very welcoming. I asked for late check out and she was very accommodating. However, I did not know that the room does not have Air Conditioner :)

The hotel is relatively small but comfortable and close to the airport. friendly staff. The food is also quite good. Close to shops and city crowds.

The room we booked was spacious enough for us (Executive suite). We had also a comfortable and relaxing stay. Channels are mostly complete and their complementary buffet breakfast completes the whole package. However, the parking space has limited slots only (first come first serve). But overall, it was worth staying in the hotel.

We stayed here for a staycation and we specifically requested for a non smoking room. when we arrived at our room, the CR smells of cigarette and has an bad smell.

The room is very nice and spacious for the promo we avail it for P2890. But one thing we don't like is, our room is connecting room. One door need to open then you'll see the other room already. We need to minimize our bonding's noise because of that. But overall is good!

incomplete room supply, slippers, bottled water need to follow up at the counter. room is not really clean esp. the bathroom.
