Besttt!!! Will definitely come back here if I come to KL again.

The room was nice and big enough for me and my two kids. It was as described, but unfortunately the bathroom concept was a bit confusing because the bathroom glass was transparent, so when I wanted to take a shower, it was clearly visible to the other occupants. But overall it was quite good. The staff was also friendly and responsive. Because the location is a bit far, you have to use Grab and it's quite expensive to get everywhere, likewise if you want to get food you have to order Grab. For additional information, there are two swimming pools, one paid and one free.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. You will have to deposit 200RM when checking in, the receptionist will return the deposit to you when you check out. From the accommodation to famous places around such as Batu Caves, Thien Hau Temple, Petaling Street Market are all close, only about 15 minutes. I have stayed here twice and will continue to stay here when I have the opportunity to return to Kuala Lumpur.

the apartment is comfortable.. the facilities are quite helpful.. washing machine, iron, 2 plates, 2 bowls but no spoon and ladle 😁, there is a pan. the location is quite far from the main road and quiet.. so at night according to the receptionist it is dangerous to go out. the staff is quite helpful. deposit can only be made in cash. we informed the staff the night before co that we would Co at 5 am.. the deposit was immediately processed that night because they would only open the office at 7 am. thank God everything went smoothly... thank you.

Alhamdulillah, we felt very comfortable staying here, the place is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, there is a microwave, mini fridge and washing machine too, and it is family friendly, we didn't lose out by staying for 3 days and 2 nights with a very economical budget 😍 This is highly recommended for a large family vacation destination.

Hotel near TRX and kampung bharu, hotel staff is friendly

The bathroom smell like sewerage, something wrong with the outlet drain? Even the toilet I keep close, but the I still can smell it.

Hotel staff is not friendly. Cleaning service is difficult. But the room is nice.

For a nice room, but there is a deposit of 200rm that has not been returned, when checking out in the morning because there was an early flight but the staff was not there so it was not open 24 hours. So my money of 200rm was held and has not been returned, I have also sent a WA and they only replied "noted". 200rm is a lot, don't underestimate it!

1st time checking in to the hotel, the receptionist staff told me to throw out my own trash outside the room. I can't leave trash 😂. Bathroom smelly, everything else is okay.

Overall a good stay in Kuala Lumpur. Nice location, very near to KLCC, TRX, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and etc.

The location is not far from Raja Uda MRT station. The room is very comfortable and clean, the room is quite spacious. The outside view is very beautiful, a combination of hills and tall buildings.

Starting from security, counter staff, all are friendly... the surroundings are clean. The check-in-check-out process is also fun. 🙏🏻.

i with wife book Studio deluxe on level 42, and very shocking us the view is very beautiful, you can clearly see klcc from the room alone, the room is clean and spacious, the staff is friendly and very helpful...good job👍🏻👰🏻
