The hotel has become a haunted house but it is still for sale.

My wife and I are trapped in an elevator. suddenly the elevator turns off, the emergency button doesn't work. Nearly 15 minutes we were short of breath. Luckily it was on the Traveloka Site's data on the hotel number so that I could contact the hotel and finally get expelled. My wife now takes the elevator. If only we didn't save the hotel number, I wouldn't know what happened. And no concern or apology from the hotel. Hopefully this incident does not happen to other guests.

stayed for 5 night. staff are really helpful. my kids love the swimming pool. nearby you can find local market in the morning and night market for dinner (vegan food available). thanks seminyak garden

The food is really good, the best fried rice is top markotop.

best fare rate for Seminyak Area, just minutes to walk go every famous place. clean and good staff

A simple hotel, unfortunately not soundproof, noisy even though at night, service is ok, I only transit overnight.

Awesome stay! Our rooms got upgraded and I like that staff cleans the room everyday & nothing went missing with our valuables. They give complimentary water bottles & coffee & tea too whenever they clean our room and refill everything needed on the room. Great service! Hotel is easy to find too!

this accommodation has a good location. but their service was not good. first, I leave the hotel and back around 12.15pm to do check out but when I arrived the door was locked already (i can't use the card key), I go down and ask the reception staff what happened and they said maybe the key is automatic locked on 12pm. I mean, please next time it would be better if the staff call the guest to make sure the check out. second, they ask me to wait while they check the room once again. I have been waiting 10 minutes and they do nothing, and after I ask them, they just said that I can leave (so, if I am not asking, I think they won't tell me nothing and I will waiting sitting on the chair until evening, lol)

Enjoyable stay. Yes the rooms need a paint and a spruce up but they are comfortable, the facilities, pool and restaurant are good and the staff really lovely. Restaurant menu needs some work - eg. if you are going to offer a chicken burger use real chicken. Can be a bit of noise from surrounding areas. Overall as a solo traveler working online, had good internet, good desk to work from and it was nice to be able to take a break by the pool.

Toiletries do not match 3 star, similar to jasmine 1. When entering the room in a lot of dust conditions finally did not stay overnight despite paying for 2 nights.

The room was not clean, there was a lot of dust, the bathroom was also not clean, the mattress was like there was a dirty stain.

At the time of check-in the staff was not friendly, I checked in at 7 pm, which is usually for a direct welcome drink, I have to ask the receptionist first and that too the response was long, and waited, Finally I was called to fill out the form check in. Not only that, at the time of check-in too, the receptionist did not explain whether the location of the room where, including breakfast or not, breakfast everywhere! (Even though you already know include breakfast). I went straight to the room and at breakfast, the staff was also unfriendly, at 8 the food was empty, I wanted to try the waffle at breakfast but there was no refinement while the info I got was refilled, the hotel meant disturbing, the desk The buffet is a mess, which I was surprised, why did the refill white / brown toast use hands? Why not use a barrel? Less hygenis and will never stay again at this hotel.
