Very, very friendly staff. I lost my airbuds while still in the hotel area, and a week after checking out there was news that the item was found. The hotel staff was willing to send it by JNE. 🥰.

The lack of visitors is a bit scary for a coward like me, I got a room on the 3rd floor, but there is no elevator, so I have to use the stairs. I was confused about where to plug in the water when I wanted to boil water. But it is indeed cheap.

It's a cheap option if you go to Klaten, but the hotel is an old building, the rooms smell musty, the wood has weathered to make it smell, the sheets have blood stains and are a bit dirty. Clean overalls just not too comfortable

Stayed here with breakfast, it turned out that breakfast was not ready at the restaurant until 7.30, so I ended up staying and looking for breakfast outside because I was already late for work.

Smoking room, good for working late at night, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is a bit dirty, maybe it can be improved for cleanliness. From the lobby to the room it feels quiet and dim at night, maybe the lighting can be added, especially the lobby. So far for that price, it is highly recommended for those who visit or just pass through the city of Klaten. Continued success Edotel.

Kamarnya lumayan bersih, tidak ada air hangat. Staffnya ramah. Banyak tempat makan di deketnya n murah-murah.

Nyaman sekali hotelnya, kamarnya juga cukup luas untuk tamu keluarga. Ada fasilitas kulkas kecil, dapat air minum, teh dan kopi. Sudah ada tv dan ac jadi nyaman sekali apalagi di sini ditambah lagi ada lemari baju jadi barang bawaan juga jadi tersimpan rapi dan aman. Pelayanan 24 jam nya bagus dan cepat tanggap. Untuk sarannya ditingkatkan lagi untuk jendela karena ada gagang jendela yang lepas sekrupnya dan kebersihan kamar mandi untuk diberikan pengharum toilet. Terima kasih

Edotel is increasingly preening. Every time I go to Klaten I definitely stay at this Edotel. The receptionist was friendly and the bedroom was clean and the bathroom and equipment were clean and the shower ran smoothly and the water drained smoothly. Not too noisy with traffic. Wait for me to come back.

Pelayanan sangat ramah. Meskipun hotel lama tetapi kamar bersih, toilet bersih, ga ada kecoak. TV nya tidak ada saluran tidak masalah. Worth to paid for affordable price.
