Everything is great except the lights won't be bright enough if you want to do your makeup, ladies!

The staff were incredibly friendly, pleasant, lovely, gentle, and attentive. We ordered food for delivery and asked to borrow some bowls; they brought them right up to our room without any hesitation or annoyance. It's close to the bus station, the market, and Xuan Huong Lake. The room was spacious and clean.

The room was dirty, the bedding was filthy, the room was full of dust, and the soundproofing was poor.

We booked a room for one night on Saturday and Sunday and pre-rented two motorbikes from the hotel (we had confirmed availability). We had planned our sightseeing itinerary and needed to travel by motorbike, but when we arrived at 6 am, the hotel said they were fully booked due to the weekend and asked for our understanding, promising motorbikes would be available by 12 noon. We booked Grab for our morning outings, and when we returned at 12 noon, they said they had rented more motorbikes and hadn't returned them yet. The receptionist kept saying we should be understanding and let it slide (note: no apology), and when we refused, a guy came out and called other places to rent motorbikes for us. However, we didn't get any motorbikes until 4-5 pm, though we were still happy because he seemed helpful. When we checked out and returned the motorbike, they charged us for half a day, even though their half-day starts at 1 PM (okay, acceptable, but not returning the motorbike on time is entirely the hotel's fault because we booked in advance and the hotel had agreed, so why charge for a full half day?). It's not much, but I think the hotel should review the work of the two female receptionists. Otherwise, everything at the hotel was fine; the room was nice and clean 👍🏻

The rooms are clean, airy, and quite comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly, lovely, and always helpful with an enthusiastic attitude. The price is reasonable compared to the quality of service, and the location is also very convenient for getting around. The bed is a bit small, probably about 1.4m. If the bed were a little wider, the experience would be almost perfect. Highly recommended.

The first accommodation was average, not terrible, but it felt more like a company-run business, lacking the enthusiasm and friendliness of the hotels I'd stayed at before. The staff here weren't directly managed by the owner, so they seemed a bit indifferent; they answered questions superficially, not genuinely offering support. When I wanted to extend my stay until evening, the hotel said they were fully booked. However, when I checked the app, they still had rooms available, and they said they hadn't updated the information yet. Okay, I accepted that. Then, near the 12 PM check-out time, they suggested I rent another room for 1 million VND to stay from 12 PM to 10 PM while waiting for the bus. The hotel was quite empty during my stay, as I knew. It didn't seem right, so my family decided to pack up and rent a room near the Tien Oanh bus station for convenience. And luckily, I managed to book The Palatte Hotel 2, which I really liked. The owner and staff were incredibly lovely. Seeing that we had a small child and a lot of luggage, they proactively helped carry our bags. Being so thoughtful felt so sweet 🥹 The room price was amazing: a double room with two beds, a beautiful view, and only 350k VND. Absolutely worth it! This just goes to show that price should always reflect quality. Even though I had carefully selected a 3-star hotel with high ratings and good reviews, I still didn't anticipate an experience like this.

I spent over 7 million VND for 3 nights here. Anyone who travels to Da Lat knows that rooms are always scarce during this time of year, especially on weekends! We were two adults and two small children. We booked in advance, but due to a change in our flight plans, we took a bus and asked the hotel to help us book an extra room, which they covered through a friend. If they couldn't, it would be my fault, so we looked for a nearby guesthouse because my children were young and it was cold at night! I called before arriving, and the receptionist said all the rooms were booked and we couldn't get a room early, but there was a place for the children to rest (it turned out to be a chair in front of the lobby, waiting from late at night until a room became available). I arrived at 4 AM on a cold night, and the hotel was under renovation. I asked about rooms, and the guy said there was a room available for 1.6 million VND, but it was right next to the construction site with scaffolding. The next morning, the room I stayed in still hadn't had its systems installed. When I went down to the lobby in the morning, the female receptionist was busy on the phone and wasn't handling any work. She didn't care about me at all, and her attitude was terrible. I waited for over 6 minutes, even though I was supposed to pack my things and move to a new room, even though I was only there until 12 AM and the amount of money wasn't small. I was there from 5 PM when she called, which was only 3 hours! They were quick to pay, but their attitude and work ethic were awful. I'll never go back! I booked two rooms, so I'll share more in a later post.

Service was okay. The elevator was a bit noisy.

This time back after 3 years the room is degraded The room is a bit old, the ceiling is blistered so the walls often fall down, the soundproofing is also a bit poor, the room is hot even though there is a fan. Wifi if entering the room is not strong, have to use 4G

The room is as beautiful as the picture. The receptionist is gentle, attentive and friendly. The space is quiet, the room is clean and convenient.

In general, the room is ok, everyone. From the staff to the rooms are ok. I am quite satisfied with the hotel. If I have the chance to come here, I will book again. The distance to places such as Xuan Huong Lake night market and the square is quite close and convenient.

The hotel staff is very nice and friendly, basically the best.

The hotel room is very ok, family group of 4 people stayed in a room with 2 large beds, quite comfortable, full wifi, clean bathroom. The hotel is quite close to the center of Dalat, only 800m-1km. If you are like me, traveling and only need a place to sleep and shower, the Luxe is a very reasonable choice.

The hotel is near the bus station, on the central road so it is convenient to move around, the staff is very cute from the reception, the room cleaner, the room is spacious and comfortable, the only thing is that the room does not have air conditioning.
