I planned to stay for 2 nights and the website said that this apartment is available for both nights. However, when I arrived at the apartment, owner of the apartment placed me in a hotel (which was located at the same building but lower level). She said that I need to stay at that hotel for first night and then move to the apartment I booked for second night. This was because the apartment was not available for the first night (the website said it was available!). It was definitely not handy for me. I didn't complain at that time because I was sick and have no more energy to complain. Therefore, I followed what the owner said even though I didn't appreciate how she handled the business like this. Unfortunately, on the second day, the owner handed the key through a security of the building and I have to pick up the key at where the security was, that is the second level of the parking lot. I have to say that it wasn't a nice check-in experience, considering the fact that picking up the key at second level of parking lot from a certain security made me feel like I was doing something shady and illegal by booking the apartment. The apartment itself (where I stayed on second night) was pretty okay, even though it has no proper amenities and there was quite some ants. The water heater didn't really work because it only lasted for around 10 mins and not in a consistent temperature. Despite things I didn't appreciate during my stay, I did appreciate the owner's effort to answer my questions in quite late night. All in all, I would not recommend to stay in this apartment. I would rather recommend to stay in the hotel downstairs which has the same rate with this apartment but offers more complete amenities and better bed with more fluffy pillows (even though they have the same problem with the water heater). I hope this review can help the owner to improve how she handle the business. At least by not saying that the apartment is available while it is actually not available.
