okay for that budget room.. the AC is cold

I often stay here every time I check up my health to Medan. The hotel is an old building but clean and the rooms are big. Suggestions hopefully the bathrooms can be renovated and the beds must be replaced with new ones.

The bedding is not suitable for use, both the mattress springs are not perfect, the sheets are thin and worn, the pillows smell, the smell from the toilet is not pleasant and the room lighting is dark, it is difficult to dress up because of the lack of light. The AC is cold and new. I got the front room no. 1 even though it is close to the road but there is no sound of vehicles. The location is close to Indomaret, easy to find food or breakfast.

The hotel staff is friendly. The room is within budget. This was booked for a friend who had an event around Jl. Sudirman. Booked just for taking a shower 😁

During the stay the staff was friendly and felt comfortable because the place is environmentally friendly. I like it because staying at Cherry Pink feels like being in your own room.

Please, if it's not feasible to operate, just close it. It's gross to swear. The toilet still has the t**k. *nj*r. Just close the hotel! So check in, check out right away. To the point of crying, I just asked my husband to move hotels . Move our hotel right away! Bad!

The room is not clean the smell of the room is bad.

Rooms are very dirty bed linen, pillowcases smelly (maybe long time no replaced) bathroom super dirty shampoo, soap, no toothbrush (buy yourself at the recepcionist) door lock broken AC not severe cold very not worth the first and the last time! Strongly not recommended score of -5/5.

The bathroom door had no key, the mouse entered from under the door.

The location is good, easy everywhere, but unfortunately the room is not comfortable, the air conditioner is not cold anymore, the bathroom is not clean, the sheets are dirty as it has not been changed, drinking water is not placed in the room to be asked to the receptionist.

The place is quite pleasant and the rooms are also spacious, but the mattress is less comfortable.

I like the place which is not far from our center and strategic, but the cleanliness of the hotel is not maintained, the bathroom smells of cockroaches and there is no air freshener.
