The room does not match the description. The villa room even looks like a boarding house. It's not the main building of the villa, so it's difficult to access the lobby pool and others. Staff not friendly. Smelly room.

Cozy and quiet place, clean.

It's a 10$ stays, I don't know why many reviewers act like they paid 100$. The service was nice, the room was comfortable and very decent. The staffs are very friendly and took your concern seriously. All rooms are designed in joglo style. They have in-house restaurant which operates between 7a.m-9p.m with tasty variety of meals priced mostly on 5$. Airport pickup available, motor and car rent are reliable. Just one room in the area doesn't have a water heater shower, I hope they fix this one soon so all rooms in the area have water heater shower! Better call them first to make sure your room are located in the jl Wijaya Kusuma and have a water heater. Other than that, overall was nice. A bit far from everywhere but actually it's located in the center of everything so you can choose to go to ubud, sanur, kuta, canggu, with ease because unlike some tourist-packed place, it's easy to order online transportation from here.

Have to pay 30idr/day for parking. I have booked a room in Joglo Villa but given a room in a different location from Joglo Villa (guest house not a villa). so when we had go to another gate on another alley to go to pool 😥

very disappointing with the service... not recommended at all coming in to the villa.. they gave me rooms that not exactly in the same site.. and had to wait for 30 minute without any clear info for the room and then after I push them about our room.. there was another guest still.in that room.. and then we try to wait another 30mins.. still no clear info. I was wasting 60 minutes without any info from their staff.. what a pity service !!

The atmosphere of the hotel is good in the lobby but the service is very unprofessional. Not recommended to stay if with family. If it's just the same partner it's still worth it. There is no information at the beginning before booking if the addition of people (other than for 2 guests / room) is subject to a charge of 100k / person (only informed if the max room is 3 people). Assuming that we will assume that if we are only 7 rent only 2 rooms without any charge per person. Even if we add it, we add it to one person who is charged. Info on adding people outside of 2 people per room that is charged is after we book the hotel. This is really disappointing because we feel given invalid info. Finally, we reluctantly paid the charge with our request given extra bed as compensation for our charge. But what we got was that the extra bed service was very slow and had to wait. Then the location of the room is quite far from the reception and is not in accordance with the photo description. More like a rented room or boarding house. If you knew you had to be like this from the start we would not have booked at this hotel. Because before we ordered through the application, we had come and asked about facilities and room availability. Then services to local tourists like us were given less priority than foreign tourists. For facilities that are not very good, namely: no TV, hot water is off (only the heater is on), one of the air conditioners in the room seems to be non-functioning (wind only), service is somewhat less responsive (turn around asking for overcharge payment per person promptly requests mint) And just now we were contacted by the hotel because payments from online agents have not been received. If this is the case, managers should contact travel agents instead of guests. 😥 Very disappointed with the service at the hotel which is less responsive and disappointing. Knowing that we are looking for expensive hotels at the same time but the service is okay. If there is a rating, I give it 3/10 👎 Because the service is a fixed price for work in this field. And our requests and reviews are very reasonable and nothing is exaggerated. Hopefully this can be input for other travelers and criticism for managers.

The bathtub has no point so it can't be used. pool is also in the other house, TV is outside if you want to watch so share with others. There are still employees who want to enter without knocking on the door.

The staff are friendly, anyway okay.

first, I booked for just one night to this villa. after my boyfriend came, we decided to extend our stay here. but suddenly they handover us to another villa which is quite far and they told me just suddenly. can you imagine how we packed our stuff back in hurry?

Nice homey spot with great services. especially love this and will recommend others to stay over at this little nice villa during my next trip.

Unprofessional staff (who are women) & the rooms that are given are not in accordance with the order I paid for the most expensive and classic villa. I am heavy carrying things to find a villa that is not suitable given. As a result I have to go back to the front office to ask about the room is not appropriate. And who helped a father fromt office, he was very friendly to take me to check the room. But why not check it from the very beginning, when I was hot I carried heavy items to find the villa. And in the room there is no soap, shampoo and toothbrush and slipper. Room okelah nice room.

The picture does not correspond to reality. separate rooms away from the lobby and pool. you have to get out of the pager first to walk through the village settlement. visitors are confused about the address, the road in front of the villa is only a narrow car instead of playing. complicated just want to find this villa. Already gt we are given a room that is far from expectations. being alone with the local people. it doesn't feel like it's in a cool villa and the view of the pool plus my room doesn't have a TV ... it's really quiet. not to mention the newly arrived cockroach was greeted by a dead cockroach in the kitchen who wanted to go to the toilet ... OMG it was dirty. basically disappointing me to stay here.

Check-in is at 1 pm but the next day you have to check-out at 11 and go to the room. It's just because there are other visitors who want to use the room. So you have to get out. It should have been check-out at 2.

The hotel is comfortable the atmosphere is like at home only for a long time at check-in and the water had died. For very affordable prices and suitable for families

Clean rooms. comfortable atmosphere. it's just that we must carefully read the information in the room type. Bathing the oler room is different from the hotel. Please confirm by phone before check-in rather than the wrong address.
