everything nice and great. so cheap price for 5 days and got free shuttle airport. the room, the city and ocean view are legit. we try surfing with wetsuit in the beach even its cold, its still nice but not good wave because windy. so much enjoy playing volleyball too. the people is so nice. the breakfast have a lot option, they have pho either, change type of pho everyday but still nice. but the only problem is no hot water and its so hard to charging, our phone charging keep falling, cant stick

In front of the bed is a mirror that looks straight into the bed. Why not include the surcharge in the room price and then find out what's the point? The room is small compared to the price. The space and color combination make it feel cramped. Not convenient, no motorbikes for those who need to rent. The smell of the room is a headache. Will not come back.

My favorite place to stay in Danang This is the third time I/we have stayed at Balcona. Super cool place to stay. 0 minutes from the beach, infinity pool on the 20th floor, free gym,... Best ocean view from the seafront room. All the staff are friendly and reliable. The pool attendants look after my things and take photos for me 🤣 super cool. Um. The breakfast buffet isn't as good as last time. You just need to improve that, and I'll definitely be back next time.

The hotel TV is a bit old and doesn't have youtube. The bathtub doesn't hold water, the shower is bad. The room has few power outlets. Overall, it's only 3*, not 4*. The staff is very enthusiastic and cute.

Booking a room at the hotel is the perfect choice for the trip. Convenient location to visit attractions. Enthusiastic hotel staff, attentive customer care. Beautiful, clean room with a beautiful sea view. Delicious breakfast with a variety of dishes. You can leave your luggage waiting for check-in time. After checking out, you can still leave your luggage at the hotel. This is a great experience for my first time in Da Nang. I will definitely come back to the hotel next time I return to Da Nang.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff

I chose a room with a balcony so I could smoke on the balcony. When I checked out, the room inspector said they found an ashtray in the room so they fined me 2 million for smoking even though I only smoked on the balcony. The staff said that when I checked in, they said smoking on the balcony was not allowed. When I checked in, the receptionist did not say that at all. There was even a sign in the hotel elevator reminding me to smoke on the balcony because smoking in the room would set off the fire alarm. I was almost late for my flight so I paid the 2 million fine. I did not want to argue with the staff any further, but this will be the last time I stay at this hotel when I come to Da Nang.
