Arriving at the location, the homestay turned out to be closed, as a result I was stranded in front of the homestay while in the rain.

It turned out that it had been leased, transferred to another house, which was when the conditions got there as if it had not been properly prepared & clean. No Health Protocol.

The owner is friendly, the house is clean. Fit for a family, one house 2 rooms complete with furniture (minus the washing machine). Being in a quiet residential complex. Around the housing lots sell food. The lack is only on water, still using PAM water that is not 24 hours, hopefully later it can be installed with well water. Deposit too large.
