the first day, i dont get doormat second day, no towel. internet suck the staff is slow. if u stay more than 1 night, ur card should reactivated daily. the location of lobby n the lift to room area is bit challanging, particularly if you have many liggages. good things are: close to mall and night markey

Good location, very near to The Mines shopping area.

Comfortable stay at the hotel. Room was clean with amenities provided. Location was very good and easy to find. We chose this hotel as it was within walking distance to Mines convention centre. Value for money for a double room. Check- in was fast without hassle. Friendly staff who provided the information we needed.

Jet washer can not be used. Leaking everywhere when I wanna use.

5th or 6th time staying here. President Suite is the best. Only Suite 3A88 please fix it soon so that guest happy with the room. Other than that all is the best.

Even though it looks clean but I believe they didn't change the bedsheet, there ' s hair on the bed when I checked in and my hands and neck felt itchy when I lay down. There ' s also broken shower faucet in my room luckily they accept my request to provide another room for shower. The staffs seem lack of training and didn't know what to do facing this issue.

Not allowed to early check in. Far from MRT/LRT stations. They asked for additional tax (I don't know about this because there 's no info or notes in traveloka, I just know about the deposit). Stay one night only because I have to attend music festivals in MIECC so this hotel is the nearest one, I have no choice. The room is good and clean, also there 's 711 in the lobby and close to MINES mall.

The girl receptionist assigned a room not as per booked. Booked king sized bed but received twin bed instead. The room assigned also have an aircond which was not functioning at all! Called front desk and whatsapp them but no response. Ended up sleep w open-air luckily the booked room has a window that can be opened. This was my 2nd time booking since my 1st experience was great but 2nd hm. My 2nd booking was terribly bad!

Spacious, clean rooms and staff at the counter are very friendly and very helpful. Only in the room there is no rug. Most helpful, there are at least two slippers.

Spacious room, comfy, near to The Mines Shopping Mall, highly recommended. For family vacation also recommended.

Wow, fast check in, friendly receptionist and strategic location. They also provided the parking for customers. I loved in staying at this hotel. The hotel was located near Mines Shopping Centre in which we can found a lot of eateries in the mall. The room was spacious and clean. Worry not there were convenient store like KK mart and seven eleven as well as hotel owned Hailam restaurant nearby. Definitely will stay in this hotel again in my next visit to KL.

Clean room, spacious, what I like most is the connecting path to mines.

I enjoyed the room and place there. But the staff was not being honest. I accidentally left my things there. And i'm 200% sure that I left it there. I checked out at 7.30 am. And called them at 8.30 am. They said will check for me. But I need to call them back on 3.00pm. And their answered was. "It's not there" .
