A suitable place for visitors who come to Sapa

The hotel supports very good check-in and check-out hours. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel is ok, each breakfast is a bit small.

I was upgraded to a room at no extra charge. The staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful. With such a price, I had the experience of looking out onto the balcony with a mountain view, a comfortable place to rest.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, about 300m away. The deluxe room is a bit small but is suitable for couples. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and helpful.

Friendly staff, but room is not clean, not fragrant enough, and bed sheets are scuffed.

Furnitures are old, but the room was spacious, clean, and comfy. We were given a free room upgrade upon arrival! Breakfast menu is limited, but the taste was okay. Some staff didn't speak english, but still very accomodating and helpful.

The TV and air conditioner are broken, the room is cramped and small, not as expected

Room 201 had weak wifi that was almost unusable. Enthusiastic staff, rooms are clean.

Close to Sun Plaza. Rooms are clean and modern. Good breakfast.

This hotel is very comfortable. The staff saw that we were carrying quite large suitcases and she offered us an upgrade room. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. They helped us talk to the bus operator to pick us up at the hotel so we didn't have to spend money on a taxi.

Mình đi Sapa 3 ngày và đã chọn ở tại đây. Khách sạn rất tốt và nếu có dịp thì mình sẽ đến đây 1 lần nữa

The hotel was empty and only had its own room. Sad thinking The hotel service is good, the manager is cute and funny, and also lets us borrow a car to go out. In the morning, he made good morning pho. Good service, good, good price, next to the center, walking to the square. 1 billion star rating

The room looks exactly like the picture. It was quiet, clean and spacious. The receptionist was really helpful and cute. The owner was extremely friendly. The hotel has great view over the hill and the Sun plaza. Pho for breakfast was good, couldn't ask for more with the price. Essential stuff provided for free. My staying at the hotel was fantastic. Oh and great location, too.

From the balcony overlooking the beautiful valley, near the hotel there are stairs to the stone church quickly. The hotel helps to rent a motorbike, convenient. Breakfast diverse. Nice room, spacious, soft price. The reception was friendly and enthusiastic
