The mattress is not soft which feels like iron on the springs, no soap for bathing, no air conditioning, no drinking water, very small TV.

TV yg ada di kamar 201 rusak...bergaris" tidak bisa di tonton...air minum galon pada waktu cek in kosong dan gucinya ada semutnya. Minta tolong prepare kamarnya ya.
