The place is very good, I will stay longer and recommend it to my friends.

Comfortable for solo travelers. The location isn't ideal, but for me, who likes walking, it's quite convenient. Several halal food outlets and minimarkets are nearby. The bathroom/shower is very small and there's no soap. The dormitory room and bed are quite comfortable. There's a lounge area with a minibar and a mini kitchen.

The location is close to everywhere... Easy to find.

when I want to checkin theres no one there no receptionist nothing I wait for more than 40 mins more and decide go somewhere first until around 1 and half hour the receptionist replied my chat.. in the night around 1 am theres a family who claim the bed are still theirs and wake me up to move me, its like double checkin,, the next day also the same after I go to an event I back to the inn I found someone already sleep on my bed and when he wake up he said he got the bed from receptionist, its the worst experience ever

reception not present after 4 p.m. No safety measure for locker (anyone can open, have to buy lock for yourself). People occupy bed when it's not theirs (cases of double booking, no staff to clear disputes). toilet and shower very smelly. no amenities provided (shower gel, shampoo, slipper, toothpaste, towel)

Booked many times already. Save a lot when choosing a place to sleep and go to the clinic in the morning.

Staff so unfriendly, no smile, but location near to the MRT.

Very dirty, not according to the picture, the bathroom is very smelly, uncomfortable and untidy.

I mixed up my dates. I was supposed to arrive on 02 May.

The staff is very friendly, can speak Malay and the process is fast + the housekeeping department is friendly + can maintain guest comfort.

Had informed the staff for the late check in but when i arrived no staff was there and there were 3 other guests waiting. Tried to call for 4p mins but no response. A quest came in and help us by finding empty beds (all of us made dormitory reservation) and we just randomly choosed which bed to sleep

The hotel has no guard at night. It's cheap but the service is not good.

The price is cheap and accessible, but the rooms are mixed between men and women. The hallway of the room is dark, when you first enter the AC is not turned on so it is very hot

People from Vietnam should avoid it. 1 - Very smelly 2- Very noisy 3- Impolite 4- Extremely poor infrastructure

When we stayed overnight, the lights were off until the next day, so we couldn't sleep, it was dark and we couldn't charge our phones, it was bad, the toilet was dirty, the trash was piled up, full and not thrown away.
