I have tried many Wyndham-managed hotels and Wyndham hotels; their beds never fail me. Very comfortable! Service was wonderful here. We got an upgrade room. When I had some issues with the aircon and Wi-Fi, the engineering staff came right away. I also asked for an extra pillow, and they sent it right away. Staff are very helpful, warm, and friendly. The breakfast was also complete with many highlights from local food such as selat solo, soto ayam, and sweet warm desserts. Will definitely be back again.

The hotel staff is not very organized. Please improve the telephone system so guests can connect to the front desk. The restaurant's food is delicious, offering a 4-star experience at a 3-star price. The only downside is the reception area.

I like the relatively spacious rooms, perfect for families. There are some features at Ramada Suites that other hotels don't have, like the large mirror in the bathroom and the walk-in shower. Awesome.

Next time, if the officer is looking for the right item, he will remove the item that is clearly missing and say it is not there.

There are pluses and minuses... Pros: the hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Cons: the pillows need to be replaced because they're flat and a bit smelly (drool), sorry 🙏

I got a room next to the temple, on the ground floor, with a view of the garden in front of the balcony. It looked like the room hadn't been used for a long time. When we entered, the dust was incredibly thick. I asked for a re-cleaning, and the staff did a random cleaning and mopping. After that, the AC frequently turned off by itself. It was already 10:30 at night, and the electricity was out in half the room. The hallway between the rooms was also slippery, because the water pipe was badly leaking, not swept, and the dust was very thick. The maintenance staff arrived late at night to dismantle the closet area and switch the power supply. At 2 a.m., while I was sound asleep from the 500-kilometer trip to Java, the AC turned off, the electricity in half the room was out, and the maintenance staff never came. Finally, I asked for compensation for a room change. At that hour, they offered to move me to the second floor. Seriously... I was sleepy, my things were still scattered, I still had to clean up, and I was still told to move to a different block on the second floor, which required climbing up the stairs. I refused. Finally, we were moved to an upgraded room on the second floor, which required going to the front of the building near the reception and taking the elevator. The room, although larger, was not what one would expect at that hour. When morning came, I opened the window curtains to find the view directly onto the corridor. When I opened the curtains, I was surprised to see someone walking by staring at me, even though I was only wearing a short shirt and shorts. Even when I ate, everything was too salty.

The accommodation concept is like a villa, with each unit consisting of three rooms. The area resembles an elite mini townhouse.

This is my second booking with Ramada, last year I booked a room inside the building, it was very nice and clean. The second time, maybe because I wasn't careful, I got a residence in the houses. Actually it was okay, but the residence area was a bit dirty and the worst thing was there were a lot of mosquitoes, even in the room, then many of the units were not maintained, the paint was peeling, the room phone was dead, when I first arrived the refrigerator couldn't cool and the room wasn't soundproof, but it was still okay overall, just maybe pay more attention to the residence area.
