Regarding the Superior room which is located on the top floor, before making a reservation Mr/Mrs Elly has confirmed the type and location of the room to the hotel and we have clearly informed you. We have also informed you that there is no lift in the hotel area.
We also need to inform you that the hotel never provides accommodation other than the reservation made by the guest. And after we checked, there were 2 different reservations side by side with your reservation at check-in with Standard room accommodation.
