There was an officer knocking on my room at 9 pm without any information from the room phone, I was disturbed.

The staff was unfriendly, unlike the service of a star hotel. Just as we were about to check in, they told us we had to check in by 8 AM. Then, upon arriving at our room, they called us to check in by 11 AM. Unprofessional. Security is what a star hotel should offer.
