A very strategic hotel, feels like it is in the middle of the city, close to Tamcit, Gi, Pi, just walking distance, the breakfast is also delicious and around the hotel there are many places selling food

the staff is nice, what is a bit disappointing is the standard room size for that price seems too expensive, I was a previous customer of the Galaxy Hotel and felt that the room was more spacious compared to now the price is around two hundred, now it has become a Grand Picasso, the price is expensive, the room is small 😥, please adjust the room price to the size

Actually the hotel is nice and comfortable, but the hotel receptionist is not very friendly, the OB is even friendlier, then the receptionist never picks up the phone so I have to go down again to ask this and that, Hopefully in the future it can be improved again, but I like the room, especially the toilet, it is very clean, the water flows smoothly, there is a little note, if we defecate, the smell goes into the room because there is a gap in the door

Overall, my stay was okay, as I didn't expect much from what I paid. However, the stay could've been better if the cleanliness of the entire hotel is taken care of better. The carpet from the elevator to my room in the corner of the hall has lots of stains on it, dust everywhere, my room still has a plastic bag trash below the bedside table, the tea cups in the room were dusty, and the wash basin in the bathroom also has some stains. I didn't expect to get more than what I deserve, but cleanliness in a hotel is a bare-minimum, right? I hope this could be improved. Other than that, everything else was okay.
