The room is not very clean! Breakfast should be improved with more dishes!

Should improve breakfast! Room cleaning is not very clean!

+ Room interior is quite ok. + Enthusiastic, lovely staff - BUT during rush hour, have to wait for elevator for more than 10 minutes, have to switch to stairs. - Hotel sets air conditioner temperature min 24 degrees, very hot at noon.

Only 2 elevators are too small. NOT enough to serve 25 floors.

The hotel is located opposite the sea, polite staff, there is a car park next to the hotel.

The room was seriously degraded, the mattress was dirty, the food was terrible, the elevator wait was extremely long, there was no hot water, the technician told us but it was the same.

Disadvantages: - Hygiene: I checked in and found the walls damp and smelly, the curtains moldy, the dressing table had some kind of cream on it - Soundproofing: poor, there are children in the room next door so it's very noisy, you can hear everything - Amenities: bath towels and face towels have a very strange smell, quite smelly, the towels are old and worn out - Lighting: dark room, only 4 small ceiling lights, only yellow - Breakfast service: okay, the food is not diverse and not to your taste - Elevator: 2, small, cramped, have to wait a bit long Advantages: - Staff: gentle, enthusiastic, support opening taxi doors all day - Location: convenient to travel, facing the sea, near Vin Wonder, ... - View: sea view, beautiful, cool (Note: Everyone who comes to check in should ask clearly what food is in the room, check and take a photo to make it easier to check out. For example, my family took 20 minutes to solve the problem of not using instant noodles and kitkats from the hotel (The receptionist was nice but I found it time consuming)

The hotel location and view are great. The buffet is also ok. I like the drinks and the beef stew. The service and amenities are ok, good for the price.

4 days 3 nights trip, room has bathtub, full amenities in the room, every day there are staff to clean the room and refill personal items, towels, tea and water. The receptionists are very enthusiastic, I asked them to book a motorbike rental, buy Vinpearl tickets, tickets to the Hundred Eggs tourist area,... the staff advised on the cost and the accompanying services very well. I asked them to check out late until 3pm, pay an extra fee but it was small, they were all okay. The rooftop has a swimming pool, wet and dry sauna, very good. The hotel location is also convenient, walk across the street to the beach, there are many shops around, go a little further to the Vinpearl cable car leading to the island to play. I rate all the services as good to very good. I will come back here again when I have the chance.

The toilet and bathroom do not have hot water. In the morning, if you take a shower, you have to wait 30-45 minutes for the water to get hot. In the evening, you have to wait 20-30 minutes for the water to start warming up and getting hot. The waiting time for hot water is too long.
