I really liked and was impressed with the room. It was very characterful, comfortable, and pleasant. I especially liked the two balconies: one with sunset views and the other with sunrise views. It was a pleasant stay.

This place is so me, feels like in a castle. The decorations are luxurious and beautiful. The staff [is] so friendly. The room [is] large enough, worth it for the price. But the parking lot is outside.

Too bad the water is small and there is no hand soap. The AC in the hallway is dead and smells musty because the carpet is not maintained properly. The security post should be near the car park, not in front of the hotel lobby 🥲 The FO staff is friendly, the security guards are friendly. Thank you Sofia, too bad the TV is still old-fashioned.

The whole atmosphere of the hotel is incredibly calm, making it the perfect place for some real me-time and proper rest. The staff hospitality was also top-notch. Everyone greeted me with warm smiles, and the receptionist in particular truly stood out. Her attitude was exceptional — very professional, very welcoming, and she even gave me great local recommendations.
