Very good hotel and clean, very spacious. Only need to improve receptionist, not so friendly.

The room is also beautiful, but the smell of cigarettes is very strong. The smell of cigarettes that have entered the air conditioning cycle. It smells like cigarette smoke. I hope the hotel cleans the air conditioning, strictly separates smoking and non-smoking rooms and has a way to provide ventilation for people who smoke in the room. The toiletries are also ordinary, the shampoo and shower are not fragrant. There is plenty of parking, but the elevator does not have security because you do not need an access card to go up to the floor. It is okay if you are desperate to stay at KSL, the location is not close to the city. Lower the price or do maintenance to attract more customers

First impression at the counter good, but the hotel more looks like airbnb. Sharing pool with other departments. Rooms not good. 1st we got room with smoke + aircond not function. Very smelly. request to change room - much better but phone broken. Hot spring open 4pm - 8 pm but one of the pool close for maintenance. Food just so so. Not much variety and taste just ok. Pool no life guard. Hope to improve more in term of cleanliness and food. Service ok. Parking eeasy. Location wise with much more delicious food around

Hotel facilities and hotel services are very good. Suitable for family vacation. There are baby box facilities too.

The digital room lock is spoilt and took 1min after tapping the card before the door can be opened 😡.

Everything is okay but there are not many food sellers around the hotol area.
