This is one of the best stay I had so far since I started working! If there would be a rating of 15 out of 10 then I would definitely give it! For its price, I've never expected this Condotel to be really awesome! From the clean and tidy room, complete facilities for cooking and dining, condiments, breakfast, living area, bedroom, working table and the balcony, it was just too much for its price compared to those 5-star hotels! And the customer service was great! They are so accommodating that made me feel like a special guest. I guess the only thing I could suggest is that they offer a buffet breakfast or just more variations of food to better suit the guest's preference. But overall, it was one of the best!

I love everything except: the female bartenders in tagay bar. The elevator is not accessible during our stay and it's quite a hassle.

Our stay at Uptown Condotel was awesome. The receptionist was ready to assist us even helping us to print our departing boarding pass. The breakfast was great. It was our first time in Cagayan, the server at their resto was very accommodating to tell the location of the different tourist spots in our itinerary, what jeep to ride, etc. The place look like a condominium complete with kitchen and utensils , living room, bathtub, small dining table, you can cook your food. A place like home. It is very clean , good service, The location is accessible to public transportation, malls. Thank you Uptown. We will come back and stay at this place again.

Great and clean place to stay, the staff were friendly, helpful and we were given an extra minutes. Hope to be back soon.
