Khách sạn giá tết nên hơi cao, chất lượng thì bình thường. Nhân viên lễ tân vui vẻ, nhiệt tình. Phòng hơi ẩm. Giường trở mình thì kêu ọt ẹt. Quạt, máy lạnh rất mát lun. Tivi, tủ lạnh có cũng như không. Kính phòng tắm mờ ảo. Bên trong làm gì bên ngoài có thể thấy được hết. Khoá phòng tắm còn hư. Không hài lòng về vấn đề này.
