There was once something like a cockroach, but it was small in size, in the bedroom and toilet. Then when I checked in at night, it turned out there were no towels. As a result, I had already taken a shower in the morning, without using a towel. LOL. It was my fault for not paying attention first.

The room size is quite spacious, but it's a shame that there are so many cockroaches in the room and bathroom area, so it's very risky to put food in the room, especially if you bring children to stay overnight because some of them climb onto the bed. The toiletries in the bathroom are also unhygienic because they are infested with cockroaches. It turns out that breakfast is not provided in the restaurant, it is only delivered to each room, it feels like being in a hospital.

When I arrived I was greeted with a clothesline, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, there were cockroaches and lots of stains on the sheets, a really bad experience, yes I was given a room change but how could it be like this?

The room is nice and big. But it's a bit smelly and the sheets are dirty, the TV signal is also not good, the bathroom doesn't have soap and other amenities and the towels are also dirty and smelly.

The hotel is really good, even though the room interior is not that new, but with convenient location access, parking outside doesn't require a basement, making it easier to get in and out. And also there aren't many people going in and out of the hotel so privacy is safe and there's no need to say hello

Even though it is in the Mabes area, it turns out that this hotel is very family friendly, clean, comfortable and quiet inside, the swimming pool is child-friendly, only the front is lacking in lighting, so that the aura of the hotel can be felt.

The room floor is dirty, smells of cigarettes, the towels are like household towels, the swimming pool is very chlorine, the water level in the pool is only waist-high or + -120cm, which is nice if you swim in waist-length water.

A pleasant experience staying at Win Premier Hotel. The location is close to Mangga Dua Square and places with lots of culinary delights. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. The drawback might be that the lobby is on the top floor. But as afar is good service.👍🤌

Untuk bed nya lumayan nyaman dan lebar, proses check in juga ga begitu lama namun kayaknya room nya ga dibersihkan karena di saat awal masuk room mejanya kotor ada bekas mie, ada sendal bekas tamu yang belum dibuang dan amenities nya kayak sabun habis, tisu gulung sisa sedikit sekali dan maaf di saat saya urgent tidak bawa kabel chargeran beberapa petugas yang saya tanyakan apa ada yang bawa kabel chargeran pada ga bawa katanya, tapi logikanya kalo mereka ga bawa kabel chargeran terus mereka kalo habis baterainya nge cas pake apa ya? Padahal saya ada niatan kasih uang dan hitung-hitung sewa tapi ya sudahlah. Ke Indom*r*t juga ga ada karena yang dijual type C
