The service quality is too poor, the male receptionist came to see the customer coming in the morning and did not bother to come down to assist with the luggage, when he came to ask us today, the room was full and the customer did not come down. Although it is 3*, the room quality and customer service are no different from 5*. The room is very nice, clean, with basic amenities. The staff is enthusiastic and attentive. The hotel also cooperates with limousine bus companies to go to other provinces. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and come back when I come to Hai Phong.
