- Located in an alley, it's quiet and free from street noise. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance: food (we had breakfast twice at the food court as pictured, delicious and affordable), shopping, massage... - We booked a double room, then upgraded to a triple room. Upon check-in, we were shown two room types to choose from. Our room for three nights was perfect; it was new, clean, and regularly cleaned with fresh towels and refilled water. The Wi-Fi was stable. - I highly rate the staff. Initially, I raised my voice slightly due to a disagreement, but the receptionist patiently explained everything until I understood, without any annoyance or negative attitude. The security guards work in shifts, but they all take excellent care of guests, always proactively carrying luggage, opening doors, and greeting us with smiles. On the day we left, the security guard even negotiated the tuk-tuk fare for us! 💯 - The only downside is that it's difficult to book a Grab, but that's because the central roads are under construction, leading to traffic jams. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with this experience 💯.

The location is quite strategic in the Pratunam area and only a 1-kilometer walk to Platinum. However, for a room priced at 700,000 Rupiah, the room is cramped, the bed is hard, and it's not soundproof. I was frequently woken up by noise from the next room, and the receptionist was flat and unfriendly.

Everything was fine, except the rooms were a bit small for those with a lot of luggage or large suitcases. The staff, especially the security guards, were very friendly, responsible, and helpful.

The hotel staff was very helpful. The hotel was comfortable and clean, close to Pratunam Market.

Lovely place to stay for 5 days in Bangkok! Clean room and access to the center is just a walk away, connecting to a few malls around. Breakfast is okay, not wow; we'd rather eat food outside the hotel. Definitely would be back. Room is clean and staff very friendly!

100/100 Highly recommended!! Booked for 3 nights and had a wonderful time! The location is very strategic, close to everything. The walk to the BTS is quite long, 10-15 minutes, but it's not far if you walk it. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you, The House!
